Commercial Strategy Intern

This position is based in Summerlin, Nevada. This program is designed to provide hands-on experience, professional development, and executive exposure. As the Commercial Strategy Intern, you will be tasked with a capstone project addressing a defined commercial or market planning challenge in the dynamic Gaming industry, presenting recommendations to senior leadership. The internship lasts 10 weeks and will start in early June and end in Mid-August. Candidates will be required to prepare and submit a project report at the end of the 10 weeks. The internship offers a flat per hour stipend capped at 40 hours per week and does not offer any other benefits or allowances. Candidates will be required to arrange their own housing and transport. What You'll Do: Support market and competitive analyses to inform portfolio, pricing, and go to market strategy, including market sizing, growth trends, and customer segmentation Assist in developing market forecasts and scenario analyses using internal data and external market intelligence Partner with cross functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product) to gather inputs and support commercial planning initiatives Perform adhoc analysis in response to leadership questions related to market dynamics, customer behavior, or commercial performance Prepare clear, concise presentations summarizing findings, insights, and strategic implications for leadership reviews What We're Looking For: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field - entering a Junior or Senior Year Must be 21 years of age by June 1, 2026 Experience in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and other basic computer usage skills Strong time management skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure ambiguous questions and draw insights from data Why Aristocrat? However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
