Westmoreland Country Club, located in Export, PA, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Line Cook! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.Compensation: Starting at $18 per hourKey Responsibilities:* Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes, presentation standards, and portion controls.* Assist with prep work including chopping, portioning, and station setup.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.* Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.* Properly label, date, and store food products.* Assist with banquet and special event service as needed.* Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen team members.* Support a positive, respectful, and professional kitchen culture.Qualifications & Skills:* Previous cooking experience required (restaurant, club, or banquet environment preferred).* Basic knowledge of cooking techniques, knife skills, and kitchen equipment.* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.* Strong attention to detail and consistency.* Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.* Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.* Culinary school training is a plus but not required.Schedule:* Full-time or part-time positions available.* Flexible scheduling based on club operations.* Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.Compensation & Benefits:* Competitive hourly wage based on experience.* Meal during scheduled shifts.* Uniform provided.* Opportunities for growth and advancement.* Club benefits available for eligible employees.Work Environment:* Professional private club setting.* Team-driven kitchen with banquet and à la carte service.* Seasonal events and high-volume functions.About Troon:Founded in 1990 and headquartered in Scottsdale, AZ, Troon is the world's largest professional club management company, that specializes in services in golf, hospitality, and residential communities.
