Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinary Receptionist at our Atlanta, GA location. The Veterinary Receptionist will manage daily administrative and customer service tasks, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, and answering phone inquiries. Responsibilities may also include educating clients about their pets' care, maintaining records, and assisting with communication between clients and the veterinary team. The role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere for clients and their beloved pets. Qualifications Strong skills in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette to efficiently manage client bookings and inquiriesProficiency in Client Education and Communication to address client concerns and explain procedures with clarity and empathyBasic understanding of Animal Care to assist in non-medical interactions with petsOrganizational and multitasking abilities to manage a fast-paced environment effectivelyAn approachable and compassionate demeanor to create a positive experience for clients and their petsPrior experience in a veterinary or medical office, while not required, is a plus
