U.S. Citizen (no dual citizenship) Active DoD Secret/Full security clearance F‑16 Block 30 Support experience Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or related field OR 4+ years of relevant IT work experience Experience with USAF/DoD mission planning systems, military aviation operations, working in classified or secure IT environments, geospatial or mapping tools, strong organizational skills, and comfort interfacing with leadership in operational settings are preferred. AVERAGE DAY AS A SYSTEM SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE This full‑time position follows a steady Monday–Friday schedule, either 8 am–5 pm or 9 am–5 pm, but there will be times where adjustments need to be made for unit needs. In this role, you'll maintain and troubleshoot mission planning systems, keep critical hardware and software running seamlessly, resolve network and system issues, and ensure mission‑essential data, maps, charts, and specialized databases remain optimized and ready for action.
