About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and eager-to-learn Junior Accountant / Controller to support our finance and accounting operations. This position is an ideal fit for a recent graduate or early-career accounting professional looking for hands‑on experience and direct mentorship.
You don’t need to know everything on day one — we are fully prepared to train you on our specific systems and processes. What matters most to us is that you are dependable, smart, highly organized, and motivated to build a solid foundation in accounting.
What You’ll Do
– General Ledger & Reconciliations: Assist with general ledger entries, routine reconciliations, and account balancing.
– Accounts Payable (AP): Process and track vendor invoices, manage payment schedules, and keep AP records up to date.
– Financial Software Management: Maintain clean, accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
– Month-End Support: Assist with month-end close processes and reporting.
– Day-to-Day Operations: Help with routine bookkeeping and administrative accounting tasks as needed.
– Career Growth: Take on additional responsibilities and higher‑level accounting tasks as you build your skill set.
What We’re Looking For
Education or Experience:
– A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business(with relevant accounting coursework), OR
1–2 years of hands‑on experience in an entry‑level accounting/bookkeeping role.
– Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and a strong eye for accuracy.
– Core Fundamentals: Solid business acumen, comfort with numbers, and an ability to follow structured processes.
– Growth Mindset: A positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn and adapt.
– Software Skills: Prior experience with QuickBooks is a plus, but not required(we will train you!).
