Full Stack developers will work in a fast paced, collaborative environment, with groups in both IT and business areas: designing, coding, unit testing in a variety of technologies supporting UI, backend, API, and database and Cloud. You’ll provide insights and contribute to decisions impacting various platforms.Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Analyzing requirements for software programs Writing or modifying code for complex programs, components, or applications Writing/performing development testing (i.e. unit testing, test-driven development – TDD) Creating and maintaining documentation Researching complex technical problems and recommending solutions.Required Skills: SQL AE experienceComfortable working with SQL Server Always Encrypted (AE)C# and VBSchema analysis and remediation for encryption compatibility Application Security ExpertiseDeep understanding of OWASP Top 10 and secure coding practicesExperience with threat modeling and vulnerability remediation Encryption ImplementationHands-on experience with data-at-rest and data-in-transit encryptionFamiliarity with key management and integration with enterprise security tools Data-Driven InquiryDemonstrates ability to analyze data and formulate meaningful questionsBrings insights and hypotheses back to the team to guide investigation and decision-makingLeads with curiosity to uncover root causes and improvement opportunities Comfortable working in ambiguous environments with limited documentationCollaboration & Communication Works effectively with cross-functional teams (security, architecture, infrastructure) Can explain technical findings and recommendations to non-technical stakeholdersCuriosity-driven problem solving Thrives on figuring things out without a full map Resilience in ambiguityComfortable making progress with partial information Bias toward actionIdentifies and executes remediation steps without waiting for perfect clarityEDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study and minimum four years of related work experience designing, programming, and supporting software programs and applications.
