Order Fulfillment Specialist (Part-Time)

Fulfillment Specialist (Part-Time) As a part-time Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and timely. Your work will include various tasks including, but not limited to, box making, labeling, picking/packing orders, shipping/receiving, and replenishing. This is a part-time position working either 1-3 days per week (8-24 hours per week), with the working schedule decided by the employee. The schedule must include Mondays, but the employee can choose up to two more days a week to work regularly, if wanted. Super Bright LEDs is located in Earth City, Missouri. Working hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with no weekends required. Responsibilities: Receive and process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner. Pick and pack products efficiently and ensure proper packaging for shipment. Collaborate with inventory team to maintain adequate stock levels. Conduct quality control checks to ensure orders are accurate and free from defects Ensure all processing areas are neat, clean, and organized. Report out of stock issues to supervisor and restock bins from warehouse. Assist processing UPS and USPS shipments. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with order fulfillment is desired, but not required. Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy. Dependable and reliable. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Frequent lifting up to 25 pounds and occasional lifting up to 75 pounds. Ability to climb a ladder and reach stock. Frequent bending, kneeling, and reaching.
