Caregiver - Home Care Case

Job Summary:We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide non-medical, in-home assistance to elderly and disabled clients. The ideal candidate will help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while remaining in the comfort of their own homes.Responsibilities:Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobilityProvide companionship and emotional supportPrepare meals and assist with feeding if necessaryPerform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, tidying up)Remind clients to take medications as directedAccompany clients to appointments or errands as neededMonitor and report changes in client's condition to the supervisorRequirements:High school diploma or GED preferredPrior experience as a caregiver, PCA, or CNA (preferred but not required)Reliable transportationAbility to pass a background checkCompassionate, dependable, and patientAbility to follow care plans and communicate clearly with the office and client families
