Full time Maintenance Position

Location: The Inn at Willow Grove – Orange, VA Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: $25-$30 per hour (commensurate with experience) About Us: The Inn at Willow Grove is a luxury boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Virginia’s wine country. We’re currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to help ensure our property remains safe, functional, and beautiful for every guest. What You’ll Do: As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our historic estate. Your responsibilities will include: Performing daily maintenance and emergency repairs in guest rooms, spa, restaurant, and public areas. Troubleshooting and servicing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry systems. Conducting regular inspections and preventative maintenance tasks across the property. Responding quickly to service requests from guests and staff. Managing tools, supplies, and equipment to ensure a well-stocked and organized maintenance area. Assisting with seasonal tasks and event setups.
