The ideal Night Auditor will be equal parts curious learner, innovator, administrator, detail driver, mentor, and motivator.The purpose of the Night Auditor is to prepare, balance, and audit all daily postings and transmittals of property revenues. The host is to ensure that all guest service standards are maintained at the front desk. The host is to assist with guest needs during the night audit shift.Additionally, the ideal candidate will be able display and live out Lead with Love qualities, strongly rooted in the Dollywood Company culture, by being patient, kind, trusting, unselfish, truthful, forgiving, dedicated and accountable.Summary of Essential Functions & ResponsibilitiesEnsures accurate and timely recording and reporting of all property receiptsMaintains guest service standards at the front desk at all timesFollows cash handling procedures as outlined by the accounting department. Collects payment at check out and provides change for guests as neededPerforms all end of day front desk and night audit functions, including reviewing cashier audits for accuracy, balancing credit card postings to computer system, maintaining computer database integrity daily, and auditing of master billsCompletes express check out in a timely manner and issues to security for deliveryCompletes the daily sales report and issues to all departmentsPrepares all computer systems for the following day. Employees may also be required to travel to various areas on property which may include changes in terrain, stairs and uneven surfacesRepetitive Movements: This position may require performing repetitive movements and tasks throughout the shift, including repeated use of hands, arms or other body parts as part of typical job functionsEnvironmental Conditions: This position requires the ability to perform work tasks in varying weather conditions to include extreme cold and heat.
