This is a Hybrid Onsite role in Tualatin, OR. Regular Shift schedule - 2 days Remote, 3 days in office – Core days in office Tue, Wed, Thur.Top skills:SAP such as MD04, MB51, LS24, ME27, MB21, MB22, MB23Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skillsSelf starter; able to work and collaborate with team membersJob ResponsibilitiesSupport shipments for new products by coordinating engineering‑owned material to appropriate shipping locations (SAF/ZSA/Wafers)Manage Project Services Fremont MailboxManage reservations for material staged in inventory locationsEstablish and maintain strong relationships between Program/Product Management, Engineering, Production Control, and Supply ChainAd hoc reporting as needed by Product GroupParticipate in cross‑functional teams and communicate delivery issues related to the build scheduleCoordinate material transfers/movement from engineering into unrestricted inventory location or Labs.Plans, schedules and monitors the movement of material through the production cycle.Determines material requirements from engineering and production schedules.Coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.Develops specifications for new contract orders.Responsible for procurement business system data input and integrity; creates and maintains bills of material and parts/commodities numbers in supply chain management or other enterprisewide systems.Minimum QualificationsProficient in Microsoft Excel using VLOOKUPs and formulasFamiliar with creating PowerPoint presentationsComfortable navigating SharePoint and SAP.Preferred QualificationsProject management experienceAbility to read and interpret multi‑level product BOMsSelf‑starter; able to work and collaborate with team membersStrong written and oral communication skillsAble to write clear email directions for inventory movement between warehouses, production floor, or engineer’s deskDemonstrated problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skillsKnowledge of SAP transactions such as MD04, MB51, LS24, ME27, MB21, MB22, MB23.Our Client is a Fortune 350 company that engages in the design, manufacturing, marketing, and service of semiconductor processing equipment.
