Position Title: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) & TMS Provider - Full Time (M-F 8 hours a day) and In person,this is not a remote position - Salem, OR
Pay Range: $156,000 - $187,000 annually PLUS Benefits

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with a focus on TMS treatment to join our dynamic team as an In-Person provider at our Salem, OR location. As a PMHNP, you will play a pivotal role in providing psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and medication management with a particular emphasis on integrating TMS into patient care plans when appropriate.

Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments, with a focus on identifying potential candidates for TMS therapy.
Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, incorporating evidence-based practices and TMS protocols.
Administer TMS treatment sessions and monitor patient response to treatment, adjusting parameters as necessary and watching patients heal..
Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding TMS, potential benefits, and expectations.

Requirements:
Graduate of a nationally recognized MNP or DNP program
Current certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP).
Unrestricted license to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of Oregon.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in psychiatric/mental health settings, with specific experience in TMS preferred. TMS training can be provided.
Proficiency in conducting psychiatric evaluations, diagnosing mental health disorders, and prescribing psychiatric medications.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with patients and interdisciplinary team members.
Commitment to providing patient-centered care and staying abreast of advancements in TMS technology and treatment protocols
Ability and dedication to precepting PMHNP students and to mentor New Graduates
