About the Opportunity:The Centralized Leasing Representative plays a critical role in the leasing process by managing inbound inquiries from prospective residents nationwide. This position is responsible for guiding prospects through the leasing journey, from initial contact to application completion, thereby contributing to the organization’s goals of maximizing occupancy and customer satisfaction.3. Responsibilities:• Manage inbound calls from prospects seeking apartment homes nationwide.• Provide detailed information on communities, including pricing, availability, and amenities.• Build rapport and maintain high customer service standards to promote loyalty.• Create accurate records in the Customer Relationship Management system.• Follow up with prospects post-tour to encourage leasing.• Guide applicants through the leasing application process.• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of community details and relevant housing laws.• Foster cooperative relationships with onsite team members.• Stay updated on industry trends, services, and technology.• Represent the organization professionally in all interactions.4. Requirements:• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.• Minimum two years of customer service or sales experience, preferably in real estate.• Strong verbal communication and consistent follow-through skills.• Attention to detail and effective time management.• Problem-solving abilities, individually and collaboratively.• Comfortable handling high call volumes and multitasking across phone, email, and chat.• Ability to effectively communicate community benefits to prospective residents.5.
