This role leads end‑to‑end technical execution, guides engineering teams, and ensures high‑quality delivery for enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities: Lead technical delivery across Java/Spring Boot microservices and Angular/React front-end. Architect scalable, high‑performance systems and oversee code quality. Build and optimize REST APIs, event-driven services, and Kafka-based pipelines. Drive cloud deployments using AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS). Manage CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Harness) and IaC (Terraform). Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices. Troubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning.Required Skills: 12+ years in Java Full Stack development. Strong experience with Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka. Front-end experience with Angular or React. SQL & NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch). Docker, Kubernetes, AWS cloud services. Strong debugging, performance optimization, and architectural skills. Experience in Banking, Telecom, Aviation, or similar domains is a plus.
