Our reach is global yet our presence is local and close to our customers.Job Posting Title: Layer Pick Operator - WE 1st shiftTime Type: Full TimeCompensation: $20.50 an hour with $1 hr shift differentialSchedule: Friday-Monday 9pm-7:30amRole Summary: The layer pick operator will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating both inbound receiving and outbound picking of part tasks within the Spirit Distribution Center (SDC).Responsibilities include processing outbound orders wither on the DMS or manually on Wrist units/Computers, orders handling inbound product receipts, coordinating with internal teams CSR and management, and ensuring compliance with established procedures and standardsPrincipal Responsibilities:Follow established parameters for Receiving/Picking/XDOCK areas respectivelyProcess sort and prep all deliveries arriving at SDC and routed to the correct destinationReceive and process all incoming deliveries to stock correctly based on system locations and parametersPick and Pack orders according to work orders and instructionsProcess orders accurately and timely in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)Maintain the highest integrity when processing orders in the WMSEnsure proper care and safeguarding of all computer equipment in possessionEnsure proper prep, care and safeguarding of all customer parts in possessionHandle and process orders under control accurately and within established timeframesMake efforts to prep and process all orders/waves promptlyNotify Lead or Supervisor of any problems encountered during operations5S and maintain level of cleanliness outlined by area within the warehouse and job function areasFor this position, the expected base pay range is $20.50 $20.50 Hourly.
