Base pay range $74.00/hr - $79.00/hr One of Our Fortune 10 Tech Company is hiring for Program Manager - Employee Experience Typical Day in the Role Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to execute high-visibility, high-impact internal programs for client's AI division, including intern engagement, new hire onboarding, specialized AI Academy initiatives, SharePoint and marketing, event logistics, and data analysis/metrics. Key projects: This role will contribute to planning and implementing large‑scale employee experience programs, managing operational processes, and supporting event execution and reporting for a globally dispersed workforce of ~8,000 employees. Summary The main function of a non‑IT program manager is to plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll‑out, etc or any other non‑IT based project. Job Responsibilities Coordinate projects, make detailed plans to accomplish goals and direct the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. Skills Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one’s time. Knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods. Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods. Knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio etc. Education/Experience Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. PMI or PMP certification preferred. 5‑7 years’ experience required. Preferred Qualifications Learning & Development (L&D): Background or experience supporting L&D programs, curriculum development, or internal training initiatives (such as a corporate university or academy model). Cross‑functional Leadership: Experience driving cross‑functional initiatives to impactful outcomes with clarity & adaptability in ambiguous or fast‑evolving contexts. AI‑first thinking: Proactively seek ways to improve workflows with AI or redesign workflows to be AI‑native, and leverage AI tools to improve execution. AI agent building experience a plus.
