If you're a precision-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced machining environment, this is your opportunity to bring your expertise to a company that values craftsmanship and technical excellence.Responsibilities:Develop and optimize CNC programs for complex machining operationsSet up, operate, and monitor CNC mills, lathes, and other precision machining equipmentInterpret and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM filesPerform in-process inspections to ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standardsTroubleshoot machining issues and make real-time adjustments to programs and toolingCollaborate with engineering and production teams to improve workflow and efficiencyMaintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work environmentRequirements:Proven experience as a CNC Programmer, Master Machinist, or similar roleProficiency in CAM software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or equivalent)Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programmingAbility to read and interpret complex blueprints and GD&T specificationsExperience with multi-axis CNC machining is a plusHigh attention to detail with a commitment to precision and qualityAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a production environmentAbout Us:RPM Machining Incorporated is a trusted precision machining shop based in Compton, CA, dedicated to delivering high-quality parts and components across a range of industries.
