We offer solutions for consumers, employers, health plans, and anyone else who shares our desire to provide affordable prescriptions to all Americans.ResponsibilitiesResolve escalated issues requiring backend/system changes across identity, SaaS, and endpoint platformsAdminister core systems including identity management (e.g., AD, Okta), SaaS tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365), and endpoint management solutionsPerform system configurations, access management, and controlled changes to maintain system integrity and securityIdentify root causes of recurring issues and implement fixes to prevent recurrenceSupport onboarding and offboarding processes through system provisioning and deprovisioningMaintain and update system documentation, including configurations, processes, and proceduresSupport and troubleshoot network-related issues within managed systems and escalate infrastructure-level issues to OperationsContribute to automation and process improvements within managed systemsPartner with IT Systems Operations Engineers on escalations, incident follow-ups, and implementation of system improvementsScope & BoundariesOwns execution within systems, not system designFocuses on platform-level administration and configuration (identity, SaaS, endpoint), not infrastructure operationsDoes not define infrastructure architecture or long-term system strategyEscalates complex, high-impact, or cross-system issues to OperationsBalances support-related escalations with system administration responsibilitiesDoes not own infrastructure reliability, monitoring, or system performance outcomesSuccess IndicatorsQuality and speed of escalation resolutionReduction in repeat issues through effective root cause resolution within managed systemsAccuracy and consistency of system configurations and changesContributions to automation and process improvements within managed systems, in partnership with OperationsEffective collaboration with Help Desk and OperationsSkills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or a related roleExperience administering identity systems (e.g., Active Directory, Okta) and SaaS platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365)Experience with endpoint management and device provisioning tools (e.g., Jamf, Intune, Airwatch)Strong troubleshooting skills across user, system, and platform-related issuesFamiliarity with access management, permissions, and security best practicesExperience working with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira)Strong documentation, organization, and time management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience working within defined systems and processes, with the ability to execute controlled changesAbility to lift and carry up to 50 poundsEngineering teams are responsible for supporting appropriate security controls, including management, operational, and technical controls in addition to general GoodRx best practices, such as reading and adhering to the security policies and procedures, being vigilant and observant of potential security threats, etc.At GoodRx, pay ranges are determined based on work locations and may vary based on where the successful candidate is hired.
