Porsche Beaverton is seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. As a Porsche Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining customer and dealership vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. Your expertise in vehicle maintenance will be instrumental in providing exceptional service and maintaining our reputation for excellence. If you have at least three years of experience as a professional automotive service tech (any make or model), and are motivated to advance in your career, then you might be the next member of our award-winning team!Responsibilities:Perform diagnostic tests and inspections to identify vehicle issues and determine necessary repairs for Porsche vehicles.Repair and replace faulty components, including engine, transmission, suspension, electrical systems, brakes, and other Porsche-specific parts.Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements in accordance with Porsche manufacturer guidelines.Utilize specialized diagnostic equipment and software to accurately diagnose complex issues and provide effective solutions.Keep accurate records of all repairs, maintenance tasks, and parts used.Collaborate with service advisors to provide detailed explanations and estimates to customers regarding necessary repairs.Stay updated on the latest Porsche technology, tools, and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.Ensure all work is performed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.Maintain a clean and organized work environment.Requirements:Valid driver's license with a good driving recordHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred2 years of experience as a Service Technician or similar position in dealership environment preferred; 2 years of experience required;Good knowledge of electrical and mechanical components of vehicles.Ability to use various tools effectively.Ability to use computer for data entry and data management.We offer the following benefits:Competitive pay planMedical, Dental, and Vision insuranceLife insurancePTO after 90 days of employmentPaid HolidaysCareer advancement opportunitiesPaid training programsEmployee discount programs401KIf you are looking for the opportunity to be a part of the Sunset Family dealership, then apply today!
