Finance Modernization Lead

A company is looking for a Finance Modernization Lead (Remote). Key Responsibilities Lead the development and maintenance of the Corporate Finance modernization roadmap Provide thought leadership on solutions and emerging trends to inform the Finance modernization roadmap Partner with Finance leaders and technology teams to align business and technology roadmaps and develop solutions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or relevant functional area 10+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 8 years in the insurance industry Experience and knowledge of Finance & Actuarial processes and systems Business modernization/optimization and project management experience, preferably in a Finance function Demonstrated insightful strategic thinking
