Job Description Job Title: HVAC Service Technician / HVAC InstallerPay: $20-35/hour dependent on experienceLocation: Chesapeake, VAEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for experienced HVAC Service Technicians and Installers to join our growing team in Chesapeake, VA. In this role, you'll install, service, and maintain HVAC systems across hotels, multi-family residences, and retirement/assisted living communities throughout Hampton Roads. If you're reliable, skilled, and committed to delivering quality work, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems in hotels, multi-family homes, and other living facilities.Install and replace HVAC units, ensuring proper function and safety.Perform preventive maintenance to maximize system efficiency and lifespan.Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.Maintain accurate service documentation and uphold company service standards.Required Skills & Experience2–3+ years of hands-on HVAC service or installation experience (residential, commercial, or multifamily).Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.EPA Universal Certification required.Solid understanding of HVAC systems, components, and safety standards.Additional QualificationsClean driving record.Strong work ethic, reliability, and professional communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Why Join Us?Competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) plan with company contribution.Company vehicle provided for daily use.Supportive team culture with opportunities for career development and long-term stability.Work for a company that values craftsmanship, integrity, and employee well-being.Work Schedule & EnvironmentMonday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PMOccasional on-call rotations required.Work in a variety of settings including hotels, multifamily communities, and retirement facilities.Must adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional work environment.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chesapeake, VA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
