Pennsylvania Licensed Payroll Accountant

A company is looking for a Temporary Payroll Accountant to support their payroll accounting function during a critical period. Key Responsibilities Prepare payroll-related journal entries and record them in NetSuite Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations and resolve variances within 30 days Process biweekly Canadian payroll for two legal entities, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements Required Qualifications 3+ years of relevant experience in payroll accounting Hands-on experience with NetSuite and/or Blackline, or similar ERP systems Solid understanding of payroll compliance, including US federal and state requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred CPA or CPP designation is a plus
