Procurement Manager

We are currently partnering with a growing FinTech and Market Research firm that is seeking a Procurement Manager. The individual will lead the procurement function for the organization, reporting into the Head of Business Operations.This is a highly strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the procurement vision across the organization. The individual will oversee enterprise sourcing strategy, major commercial negotiations, and procurement governance while driving a broader transformation of the function.A key mandate of the role will be leading an ongoing procurement transformation, modernizing processes, implementing procurement technology and analytics tools, and building a more strategic, value-driven operating model.Beyond the transformation work, this leader will also own supplier lifecycle management, vendor governance, and strategic partnerships while working closely with executive leadership across finance, legal, risk, compliance, IT, and other core business units.The position will also focus heavily on value creation; developing long-term procurement strategies, managing spend forecasting, and driving cost optimization initiatives across key categories.Note: This role requires the candidate to be in office 5 days a week.Qualifications:12–15 years of experience, a strong track record managing complex vendor relationships and sourcing strategies.Ability to operate as a strategic partner to executive leadership.Experience working with modern procurement platforms, ERP systems (such as Workday), and digital procurement tools is highly valued.
