Info about what the Corporate Development Manager entails The successful Corporate Development Manager will: · Collaborate with leadership to develop long-term and short-term strategies for growth and act as an expert on industry trends. · Contribute to global strategy by assessing local markets and competition, and present recommendations on business opportunities to management. · Engage with customers to identify needs and opportunities, attend industry events to position the company as a leader, analyze industry trends for actionable insights, and provide strategic messaging support for marketing communications. · Develop ideas for profitable growth and strategic differentiation, evaluate technology options, conduct research on acquisition targets, and prioritize new business opportunities in alignment with strategic priorities. Requirements of the Corporate Development Manager · Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, engineering, or a similar field. · Accumulated no less than seven years of expertise in strategic initiatives or market-oriented strategies. · Demonstrates a strong affinity for data-driven approaches, with substantial experience in financial simulations and evaluating competitive landscapes. · Exhibits exceptional relational and communicative abilities across all hierarchical levels within an organization. · Proven aptitude for resolving complex challenges through critical analysis. · Open to extensive domestic and international mobility (up to 30-40% of the time) · Holds previous exposure to the intricacies of mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence activities.
