As an Account Manager in the home renovation industry specializing in buying, flipping, and selling homes, you will be responsible for building and managing client relationships. Daily tasks include managing and coordinating renovation projects, aligning with clients to understand their needs, collaborating with contractors, ensuring project timelines are met, and monitoring budgets. You will also play a key role in negotiating contracts, overseeing property purchases and sales, and identifying opportunities to maximize client investments. Qualifications Strong project management, organization, and time management skillsProficiency in negotiation, contract management, and sales strategiesExperience in customer relationship management and client communicationKnowledge of the home renovation and real estate industry; understanding of market trendsProblem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlinesProficiency in relevant software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools and project management toolsBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in home renovation, real estate, or related fields is advantageous
