Tech Support Engineer

BROAD delivers innovative solutions in three product areas: Absorption chiller and Electrical chiller Air Purification, Filtration and Ventilation systems Modular construction: Holon sustainable modular building system About the role: Design HVAC solutions based on system requirements. This role involves bridging between the customer and the factory to define the chiller specifications Supporting the sales department to answer technical inquiries from the clients on various projects, acting as a liaison to the HQ/factory to deliver the final project onsite. Produce shop drawings and 3D drawings for HVAC project bids Presentations and project briefings, help consolidate the bidding documents and RFPs or RFQs Developing energy and carbon emission analysis, keeping up with the market trend of the energy industry Developing chiller energy consumption comparisons Regional channel partner support and participate in technical training, Lunch & Learn and etc. Occasional travel to the job sites and to industry events This is an on-site job in our NJ office from Monday-Friday Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering preferred Operational fluency with AutoCAD and SOLIDWORKS. Revit is also preferred Experience in the HVAC industry, project management is a strong plus Requires the ability to read and interpret mechanical, electrical, and piping specifications and project designs to determine job scope of work requirements.
