By centering students and partnering with families, we uphold our commitment to inclusive, high-quality education for all scholars.Manager of Student Services Compliance Will...Monitor and audit IEPs, FBAs, BIPs, multilingual learner documentation, and student accommodation systems to ensure compliance with federal, state, and DPS requirementsLead school-based systems to track IEP timelines, service delivery, multilingual learner compliance indicators, and accommodation implementationOversee evaluation, re-evaluation, amendment, and compliance processes to ensure procedural fidelityMaintain accurate records for state reporting, including December Count and audit submissionsPartner with school leaders and student services teams to strengthen compliance practices across Special Education, ELD, and ISA systemsProvide training and coaching to staff on special education law, documentation, multilingual learner compliance, and best practices for inclusive supportsCollaborate with district authorizers and external partners to ensure aligned implementationIdentify compliance risks and proactively develop solutions to address gapsServe as a strategic thought partner to network leadership on compliance systems and program integrityDemonstrate a willingness to pursue additional coursework and/or certification requirements related to multilingual learner programming and compliance supportAll Teachers At Rocky Mountain Prep WillTake ownership of student outcomes by setting high expectations, using data to guide instruction, and ensuring all scholars grow through strong planning, rigorous teaching, and timely re-teaching. They build inclusive, relationship-centered classrooms by implementing proactive routines, culturally responsive practices, and consistent communication with families. RMP teachers collaborate closely with colleagues and support staff, contribute to school-wide initiatives, and support daily operations to maintain a safe and organized environment. They also model RMP’s PEAK values in all interactions and remain flexible and responsive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment aligned to our evolving Concept Essence.Education RequirementsBachelor’s and/or master’s degree from an accredited college or universityKnowledge of and experience with compliance systems, policies, procedures, and best practices related to Special Education, multilingual learners, and student supportsUnderstanding of English Language Acquisition, inclusive instructional practices, and effective teaching practices for diverse learners and students with disabilitiesStrong ability to collaborate with school leaders, staff, and families to support compliance, equitable access to grade-level content, and positive student outcomesMust Possess The FollowingHolds a Colorado teaching license or is currently eligible for one with the appropriate endorsement for this positionCulturally and Linguistically Diverse Education (CLDE) endorsement from an accredited college and/or coursework demonstrating understanding of English Language Acquisition and effective teaching practices with diverse learners preferredCandidates without a CLDE endorsement must demonstrate willingness to pursue required coursework and/or endorsement support aligned to the role responsibilitiesPreferred: Special Education certification in Colorado or eligibility to complete the Colorado license transfer process before the first day of workPass a background checkDemonstrate eligibility to work in the United StatesWe use E-Verify to confirm the identity and employment eligibility of all new hiresSalaryThis is a full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 to $95,000, based on experience and qualifications.BenefitsAt Rocky Mountain Prep, taking care of our team is essential to building joyful, academically excellent schools.
