The environment is fast-paced, highly technical, and rooted in continuous investment in equipment, technology, and employee growth.Job DescriptionReview customer requirements, gather missing details, and develop complete technical solutions for custom automation projects.Create quotes, budgets, layouts, and supporting documentation that clearly define proposed systems for both internal and external stakeholders.Collaborate with sales, engineering, and operations to refine concepts, validate budgets, and support the proposal review process.Present technical solutions to customers, support the sales cycle, and release awarded projects into operations.Follow projects through build and installation phases, assisting with modification quotes and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.Utilize SolidWorks/AutoCAD to model concepts and support design accuracy, costing, and feasibility.Manage multiple opportunities at once, balancing estimating, project coordination, and communication with internal teams and customers.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
