We are looking for a high-velocity, brand-obsessed Mid-level or Senior Brand Designer to join our fast-paced Chicago studio. We work with world-famous icons and disruptive challengers, moving from CPG to corporate briefs without missing a beat.The Role: Brand Guardian & Rapid CreatorAs a Middleweight Designer, you won't just be "making things look good" - you'll be architecting how brands live and breathe in a competitive market.Brand Creation & Evolution: Own the lifecycle of brand identity, from initial concepting and packaging to digital execution and communications.Strategic Agility: Rapidly generate design concepts that are both creatively daring and strategically sound, ensuring every pixel delivers against our core design principles.Collaborative Momentum: Work at pace with Strategy, Client Services, and Production teams to keep complex projects moving smoothly.Project Ownership: Transition from supporting the team to leading design on smaller accounts, honing your skills as a dedicated brand guardian.What We're Looking ForWe need a designer who views branding as a holistic experience—visuals, motion, voice, and "feel"—and can execute that vision under tight deadlines.Branding Specialists: You have a genuine love for brand architecture and a proven track record in the CPG and corporate sectors.High-Velocity Multitaskers: You are comfortable juggling multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
