Food Runner
*Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. As a Food Runner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient food delivery and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
*Duties*
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth food delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer inquiries or requests promptly
*Experience*
- Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar restaurant POS systems is a plus
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.23 - $14.01 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
