It is a Christian therapist owned company.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time or part- time position for Early Intervention Therapists (OT, PT, Speech, and DT) at Accord Children's Therapy in Franklin, IN. The role involves day-to-day tasks focused on providing early intervention therapy services in home and community locations.QualificationsMaster's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology or Physical Therapy; Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related fieldPossess a passion for helping others and being a kind and authentic human beingExperience working with children with developmental delays or disabilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsRequires computer skills, a computer, tablet or cell phone, and access to the internetReliable transportation and ability to travel in all types of weatherAbility to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team in professional and courteous mannerPossess a valid state license to practice as a therapist
