Mobile Phlebotomist

A fast-growing clinical laboratory is looking for an experienced Phlebotomist. The suitable candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working in a professional environment. Collection of lab specimens, venipunctures, and PCR testing in a variety of different settings. Strong phlebotomy as well as patient bed side manner skills are required to be successful in this position. Job responsibilities include but not limited to: Must have a minimum of two years of experience in successful and difficult venipunctures. Experience with servicing patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting, or hospice. Be able to correctly identify patients and draw needs. Must be able to identify and select correct blood draw tubes. Data Entry Organization and time management skills a must. Performing other duties as assigned The job requires handling clinical specimens Candidate must have: Experience in phlebotomy Must have good communication and writing skills Proficient in Microsoft office Detailed oriented Experience in a clinical lab or hospital setting is preferred
