Job Description Job Title: Administrative AssistantLocation: Clearwater, FLSchedule: Monday - FridayPay: $24.00 starting or based on experienceExperience: 3-5 years admin experienceOverview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Executive Vice President and multiple departments. This role covers a wide range of responsibilities including HR, compliance, corporate records, marketing, and sales support. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proficient in Microsoft Office 365, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Maintain company records, process customer/vendor onboarding applications, and assist with insurance and benefits renewals.Draft and update work instructions and standard operating procedures to ensure ISO compliance.Organize and coordinate company events, awards programs, and recurring mailings.Must have experience with audits, accounting, and financial record keepingManage electronic and paper personnel files, including audit preparation and portal uploads.Support sales and marketing campaigns, mailing lists, and promotional activities.Maintain compliance documentation, including OSHA logs, RoHS/REACH reports, Conflict Minerals Reports, insurance certificates, training records, and EEO1 reports.Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Qualifications:High school diploma required, advanced education a plus.3–5 years of administrative experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access).Knowledge of CorelDRAW or equivalent design software a plus.Strong written, verbal, and professional communication skills.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Manufacturing or industrial sales background preferred.Aerospace background
