Shipping Associate 3rd Shift

Job Type: Full-TimeBenefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, 3 weeks PTOSchedule: 3rd Shift 4-10 hour shiftsMonthly incentive opportunities available!Tailor Made Compounding is seeking Shipping Associate responsible for shipping all packages and products to our customers. The Shipping Associate will not only monitor each shipment for accuracy but will also perform inventory control and ensure that each package has the proper postage. All tasks and duties must be completed in accordance and compliance with HIPAA guidelines, State and Federal laws, and current company policies and procedures.Key Responsibilities:Functions may include, but are not limited to; sorting, labeling, picking, packing, auditing, and shipping prescription medicationsReceive, count and record shipment data into patient pharmacy software; verify packing list information to actual packed medicationsIdentify incorrect/short-shipped items and immediately notify supervisorMust be able to complete and pass a background screening and drug testExperience and Educations Requirements:High School diplomaMinimum of 1 year shipping/receiving experience preferredExcellent verbal communicationStrong attention to detailOther qualifications to be considered:Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detailDemonstrate proactive approaches to problem solving with sound judgementHighly versatile and resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independentlyProven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demandsDemonstrate ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentForward looking thinker, actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutionsMust have a positive attitude and work well with othersMust be able to lift up to 45 poundsEstablished in 2016, Tailor Made Compounding has become one of the top compounding pharmacies in the nation, dedicated to providing quality medications to patients across the country.
