Job Description SummaryOur People Experience Partner (PXP) is an experienced HR professional who will use their Business acumen, HR expertise & local knowledge to enable Business & HR priorities. PXPs will work closely with business leadership and our Talent Centers of Excellence to enhance the employee experience and help our talent to do their best work.Functional KnowledgeAct as local delivery experts of JLL’s global HR strategy, ensuring that local policies and practices are in line with the Global HR strategyProactively anticipate opportunities or issues and develop innovative solutions to address the opportunities at the root cause with intention to arrive at sustainable solutionsEnable an exceptional employee experience during moments that matter throughout the employee lifecycle e.g., onboarding, performance review, promotion, etc. Contribute towards a culture of inclusion which celebrates our employee diversity and promotes employee belongingLead or participate in just-in-time projects impacting business resultsManage various degrees of employee relations situations and performance management in partnership with JLL’s Employee Relations teamProvide consultation to business stakeholders through coaching, training, and advisory supportSupport assigned employee group in transition, expansion, and stabilization of new business with great consideration given to employee experienceCultivate strong meaningful relationships with both local employees and People Partners to build trust as their primary touchpoint “on the ground”Execute on HR tasks by driving efficiencies in the employee life cycle – using touchpoints and hand offs to other People Solutions and Experience stakeholdersQualifications and Experience:Human Resources experience of 5+ yearsExperience with Employee Relations (investigations, claims, performance management, etc.)Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (e.g., BS in human resources, business administration or vocational apprenticeship in a related discipline)Experience working in a remote, matrixed, and geographically distributed organizationSkilled team player who can communicate their thoughts clearly and effectivelySkills & CompetenciesLeadershipDrive the growth of the workforce on the ground, serving as a local HR professionalSkilled facilitator, who can lead local and regional employee events, programs, etc. Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively manage prioritiesProblem SolvingAbility to adjust styles of communicating to varying situations to ensure an inclusive environmentA passion to work with people across a variety of backgrounds teaching and learning from people across the organizationExcellent organizational skills with a starter finisher mentality with acute attention to detailInterpersonal SkillsAbility to adjust styles of communication to varying situations to effectively communicate with a diverse array of stakeholdersAbility to cultivate robust and meaningful relationships to serve as a trusted HR expert to employees and managersAn appetite for exceeding expectations and creating wow within the business
