At Access, our Culture Playbook isn’t a poster on the wall – it’s how we show up for each other and for the people we support.You’ll Be Part Of a Team That IsClear about expectationsSupportive and accountableFocused on outcomes that matter to people.And committed to helping people live the healthiest and fullest lives possible – while making sure out staff can do the same.Location: Monticello, NYPay Rate: $17.50 per hour + Benefits PackageHours: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM (40hrs)Overview Of Primary ResponsibilitiesThis role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the program runs smoothly and efficiently.Primary FunctionsProvide administrative and project support to leaders and teamTrouble shooting and answering questions regarding programMaintains office/Program files, including Program bindersCreate meeting minutes for weekly case reviewBe responsible for program purchase ordersAccept and track rent from program participantsAssist with vetting of new participants Qualifications And AttributesStrong clerical and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer systems Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently with limited supervision Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment in a professional setting Ability to understand and follow program regulations and take direction from multiple stakeholders Quick learner who proactively seeks clarification and asks questions to build knowledge Ability to identify and engage subject matter experts to support assigned responsibilities Energetic, outgoing, creative, and personable professional demeanorEducation And ExperiencePrior experience providing administrative and/or program support in an office, social services, housing, or human services environment Experience maintaining organized filing systems, program records, and official documentation, including both physical binders and electronic files Experience preparing meeting minutes, reports, and other formal documentation for team meetings or case reviews Experience handling financial and administrative processes such as purchase orders, payments, and tracking participant rent or fees Familiarity with client intake processes, including screening, vetting, and onboarding participants Experience troubleshooting program-related issues and responding to inquiries from staff, leadership, and program participants Experience preparing monthly reports and consistently meeting deadlines Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and attention to detailPhysical CharacteristicsThese physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to perform the job's essential functions successfully.
