IT Project Manager-Anchorage, AlaskaOur direct client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technology initiatives that support business operations across their Alaska assets. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while aligning with corporate strategy and operational priorities.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and digital transformation initiativesDefine project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and executive leadershipDevelop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocationsManage cross-functional teams, including internal staff, contractors, and vendorsMonitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategiesEnsure compliance with company standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity policiesFacilitate effective communication between technical teams and business unitsTrack and report on project performance, including KPIs, timelines, and financialsDrive continuous improvement in project management practices and toolsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of IT project management experience, preferably in the energy or oil & gas industryProven experience managing large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholdersStrong knowledge of project management methodologiesProficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow)Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsPMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferredPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with upstream oil and gas systems and operationsKnowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and enterprise IT architectureStrong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards
