IT Project Analyst - #26052

Blue Chip Talent, in partnership with a leading insurance and financial services organization, is seeking a skilled IT Project Analyst. This role is responsible for tracking IT project performance, consolidating financial and delivery data, and supporting executive-level reporting across enterprise initiatives. You’ll play a key role in translating strategy into execution within a high-visibility transformation environment.Job DutiesTrack and report on IT project performance, including actual vs. spend, forecasts, milestones, and KPIsMonitor financial performance across initiatives to ensure alignment with budgets and expected outcomesConsolidate updates from cross-functional teams into executive-ready reports and dashboardsIdentify and escalate risks, dependencies, and performance gaps across the IT portfolioPrepare standardized reporting for governance forums, including steering committees and leadership reviewsPartner with Finance to validate capital vs. expense spend, labor costs, and vendor expendituresEnsure consistency and integrity of reporting aligned with PMO standards and governance frameworksSupport Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models across transformation initiativesSkills Required:5 years of experience in IT project reporting, PMO support, or financial analysis2–5 years supporting IT projects in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environmentsExperience with project/portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, Clarity)Experience tracking IT financials, including resource costs, vendor spend, and infrastructure investmentsExperience supporting enterprise transformation or large-scale IT programsProficiency with Jira and Confluence for Agile delivery and documentationBlue Chip Talent is an award-winning and woman-owned talent solutions provider based out of Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
