Product Manager

The Product Manager oversees the development, execution, and growth of products within a highly regulated defense environment. This role will work closely with engineering, operations, program management, quality, and customer stakeholders to deliver compliant, mission-critical solutions while supporting strategic business growth initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesLead product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management for defense-related products and systems.Translate customer and regulatory requirements into product plans and execution priorities.Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and program management.Manage product requirements, change control, schedules, risks, and deliverables.Ensure compliance with applicable defense, aerospace, cybersecurity, and quality standards.Support proposal efforts, customer presentations, and business development activities.Identify new market opportunities and assist with strategic growth initiatives.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or related field.5+ years of experience in product leadership, program management, systems engineering, or technical business development.Experience in defense, aerospace, avionics, government contracting, or other regulated industries preferred.Knowledge of regulatory standards.Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
