We are seeking dedicated and friendly Wellness Desk Team Members to ensure the seamless operation of the reception desk for the wellness center. Your role will be vital in upholding our high standards of service and sustainability for the property and our membership.We are seeking a customer service-focused wellness desk team member to be the first point of contact for members and guests of Cascada. You will greet clients, manage check-ins, answer phone inquiries, support daily operations of both spa and retail, and ensure positive first impressions.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests and members warmly, ensuring a smooth and pleasant introduction to all wellness offeringsSchedule spa appointments, group fitness classes, and thermal springs visits accurately using our booking softwareProcess payments, handle cash, credit cards, and gift certificates in compliance with spa revenue policiesProvide information to members and guests about spa services, pricing, packages, promotions, and wellness eventsAssist guests and members in selecting appropriate services based on their needs and preferencesCollaborate with spa therapists and other staff to ensure smooth client flow and exceptional service deliveryAnswer phone calls, monitor emails, and SMS correspondence addressing client feedback and requests promptly and professionallyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception and all retail areasUpsell spa services, products, and retail offerings to enhance client experience and revenue generationAssist with stocking and inventory of all spa products, and retail display areasSupport spa attendants and other staff members with preparing treatment rooms to ensure spa and retail areas are always photo readyAdhere to spa policies and procedures, including those related to health, safety, and sustainability practicesPrepare the spa each service day for optimal client comfort and satisfactionClose the spa each service day to ensure a seamless transition for the next day's operationsRequirementsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentPrevious experience in a customer service role, preferably within the spa or hospitality industryExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with members, guests and colleaguesStrong attention to detail and organizational abilities to maintain cleanliness and orderliness in all areasCash register, POS, and booking software system skillsKnowledge of spa etiquette and procedures is advantageousFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as requiredReliable and timelyMust be able to stand for extended periods of time and be able to lift up to 50 Lbs.BenefitsCompetitive wages and opportunities for career advancement within our growing organization.Robust PTO and benefit offerings.Equal Opportunity EmployerCascada Thermal Springs and Hotel is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering an inclusive workplace environment.
