Machine Technician Medical Device Manufacturing

The Company is a pioneer in the research and development of one-step rapid membrane tests. It has been designated a registered GMP facility for in vitro diagnostic medical devices by the FDA.Responsibilities*Set up, operate, adjust, and maintain assembly, packaging, and labeling machines*Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues to minimize downtime*Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections on production equipment*Monitor machine performance and ensure production efficiency and product quality*Assist with equipment changeovers, calibrations, and line clearances*Maintain accurate maintenance logs and production documentation*Follow FDA, GMP, OSHA, and company safety procedures*Work closely with production, quality, and engineering teams to support manufacturing operations*Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in equipment performance and workflow*Other duties as assigned.Qualifications*High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred*2+ years of experience operating or maintaining manufacturing equipment*Experience with medical device, pharmaceutical, food, or regulated manufacturing environments preferred*Knowledge of automated packaging and labeling systems*Basic understanding of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems*Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, and SOPs*Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills*Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periodsPreferred Skills*Experience with preventative maintenance programs*Familiarity with GMP, FDA, and ISO manufacturing standards*Mechanical aptitude and hands-on technical ability*Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsMandarin Speaking Preferred?????8??,???????
