Job DescriptionMass Torts Litigation Paralegal (In-Office)Houston, TxSalary Range DOEWe are seeking an experienced Mass Torts Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys through all stages of complex litigation. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of paralegal experience with expertise in managing the full litigation lifecycle, from case inception through discovery, trial, and resolution.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist attorneys with drafting, filing, and responding to pleadings and discovery requests specific to mass tort casesCoordinate and support depositions, hearings, and mediations, including preparation and logisticsReview and summarize deposition transcripts, medical records, and other case-critical documentsMaintain case dockets, calendars, and deadlines with precisionAssemble exhibits and manage electronic discovery across multiple casesRequirements & SkillsMinimum 3 years of mass tort or complex litigation experienceStrong organizational, verbal, and written communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and legal document management systemsAbility to multi-task, problem-solve, and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentProactive, detail-oriented, and able to maintain strict confidentialityBenefitsPaid Parking100% Paid InsuranceContribution to 401kAnd a great deal more.
