Construction Estimator

Gillmann Services is now hiring a Steel Project Estimator / Sales Rep for travel-oriented work in and around the Virginias, Carolinas, and other surrounding states.Duties- Identifying potential customers through networking, cold calling, and market research- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients through regular communication and in-person meetings- Negotiating pricing, contract terms, and closing deals- Managing the sales process from start to finish - including back-office CRM tracking- Covering a territory and meeting sales goals within that target areaRequirements- Previous work history or knowledge in the steel, manufacturing, heavy eq., welding, or similar industries- B2B and relevant outside sales experience- Ability to travel on a regular basis- Ability to pass a drug and background screening- Estimation experience preferred
