By engaging in administrative support, technical systems work, and cross‑functional coordination, the Co‑Op gains practical experience tailored to their growth while delivering real value to the organization. This role will report directly to the Sr. Director, Head of Global Security & Resilience.Position Responsibilities:Supports the Sr. Director, Head of Global Security in all global security strategic focus areas including Physical & Technical Security, Travel Risk Management, and Crisis Response & Resiliency.Performs security office administrative functions and daily operations within the enterprise video and access control systems, including employee badging/ID, occupancy reporting, and video review at the PTC Boston HQAssists with the effective role out of the PTC Crisis Management Platform.Monitors regional global security mailbox and service ticket system for employee assistance requests, per region.Monitors PTC Crisis Platform for potential threat to PTC employees/business and escalates as needed.Works closely with PTC Office Managers in revising and editing ERT plans and records, and supports training as needed.Develops and tracks regional global security metrics, as developed by Global Security LeadershipDesired SkillsAbility to effectively communicate and build influential relationships at all levels of the organization, while building the Global Security brand.Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skillsProject Management skillsEffective research skillsBasic QualificationsCurrently pursuing an Undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice, Risk Management or related field.At PTC, we believe in the power of diverse ideas and perspectives.
