Emmy Squared Charlotte South End is looking for a passionate and driven Restaurant General Manager to lead, guide and developour team. We're famous for our Detroit-style pizza and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences.This position offers:Competitive salaryQuarterly bonus opportunitiesPaid training programComprehensive health benefits packagePosition Responsibilities:As our General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including:Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and motivate your team to deliver top-notch service and uphold company standards.Daily Operations: Supervise restaurant employees, manage shifts, and ensure compliance with all policies, processes, and health/safety standards.Guest Experience: Create a welcoming environment, engage with guests, and address concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.Financial Management: Oversee labor scheduling, cash handling, and work to achieve sales and financial goals.Strategic Execution: Lead marketing initiatives, coordinate catering contracts, and implement strategies to drive growth and enhance operations.Position Qualifications;Experience: At least 1 year of General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant.Leadership: Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a high-performing team.Skills: Proficiency with computers, POS systems (Toast/Teamwork is a plus), and excellent communication skills.Passion: A love for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.Flexibility: Availability to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts.Serve Safe Certified Food ManagerFamiliarity with labor management, menu planning, and health/safety regulationsAbility to lift/carry up to 40 lbs. and push/pull up to 75 lbs.Standing/walking for extended periods, with frequent bending, squatting, and reaching overhead.Why Join Emmy Squared Pizza?
