DescriptionAchieve ABA+ | Contract | Flexible SchedulePay: $57.15–$60.51/hourAchieve ABA+ is seeking a Board-Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC) to join our team on a contract basis. This role offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary environment supporting clients through evidence-based, goal-oriented music therapy services.About The RoleAs a contract Music Therapist, you will provide individualized and/or group music therapy sessions designed to support communication, emotional regulation, social skills, and overall client well-being.Key Responsibilities Provide music therapy services to clients in alignment with individualized treatment goals Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (e.g., ABA therapists, BCBAs, caregivers) Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions Maintain timely and accurate documentation (session notes, progress reports) Adapt sessions to meet varying client needs and abilitiesPopulation ServedYou can choose your preferred age range while serving those on the Medicaid WaiverPosition Details Contract (1099) position Flexible scheduling based on availability Opportunities for caseload growth In-person services (update if hybrid/remote)Compensation & Benefits $57.15–$60.51 per hour, based on experience Partnership with à la carte benefits options, allowing you to choose benefits that fit your needs Supportive team environment with opportunities for collaboration Membership to AMTA or AIMT paidWhy Join Achieve ABA+?
