Warehouse Manager - Electrical SupplyA growing company in the CCTV, electronics, and fire alarm industry is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations at their warehouse facility in Smyrna, TN.This is not a people-management role. They need someone who can take ownership of the warehouse, stay organized, and keep operations running smoothly day-to-day.Responsibilities:Manage daily warehouse operations and workflowHandle shipping, receiving, and inventory organizationStage materials and products for upcoming jobsKeep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficientTrack and store inventory properlySupport daily operational and material needsHelp maintain company vehicles and fleet readinessImprove warehouse processes and efficiencyWork closely with internal teams to ensure materials are ready when neededRequirements:Previous warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations experienceExperience with electronics, CCTV, low-voltage systems, or fire alarm products strongly preferredHighly organized and process-orientedComfortable working in an active, hands-on warehouse environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to lift and move materials/equipment as needed MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
