Role Description We are seeking a full-time / part time Physical Therapist to join our team at our on-site location in Canton, MI. The Physical Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with various physical challenges to improve their mobility, strength, and overall functionality. Responsibilities include creating individualized therapy plans, conducting rehabilitation exercises, educating patients and families on care techniques, and documenting patient progress. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care is an essential part of the role. Qualifications Expertise in Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation practicesProficiency in providing quality Patient Care and Home Care solutionsStrong knowledge of Medicine as it pertains to physical therapyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and team membersValid state licensure as a Physical Therapist in MichiganDoctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institutionCPR and First Aid Certification are preferred
