The Payroll Manager will oversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations. Daily responsibilities include managing payroll systems, reviewing timesheets, calculating wages, handling payroll taxes and garnishments, and coordinating with HR and finance on employee benefits and compensation changes. The role also involves resolving payroll inquiries, maintaining detailed records, preparing periodic reports, and supporting audits and compliance reviews. The Payroll Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve payroll processes and support a positive employee experience.Qualifications Strong skills in Payroll Administration and Payroll Management to oversee accurate and compliant payroll processing.Experience managing Garnishments and Payroll Taxes, including adherence to federal, state, and local regulations.Knowledge of Employee Benefits and their impact on payroll, deductions, and overall compensation.Proficiency with payroll software and HRIS systems; strong Excel and data management skills.Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and commitment to confidentiality.Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to work independently in a remote environment.Previous experience in payroll or finance roles; experience in a technology or services company is a plus.Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
