Senior Business Analyst

This organization is at the forefront of modernizing risk management strategies, developing innovative solutions to identify and prevent illicit financial activities.The Role Identify business challenges and opportunities, providing strategic and tactical recommendations. Perform modeling and analytics to support new product and pricing strategies. Develop targeted insights to inform customer experience design and new market strategies. Drive improvements in credit performance by connecting historical data to future trends and creating risk models. Lead problem frameworks, hypothesis testing, solution development, and implementation efforts. Partner with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, Operations, and Finance to enhance quality and profitability.What You'll Need At least 2 years of professional experience performing analysis. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or Computer Science. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a proven track record of data-driven decision making. Excellent communication and influencing skills with the ability to drive agreement. A clear results orientation, focusing on achieving both short and long-term goals.
